ASI has operations throughout North America, Asia, Africa, India, and the Caribbean, and it assists its clients in exporting/importing shipments ranging from general cargo to dangerous goods and high value goods. ASI works with a large network of airlines, including several dedicated freighter operators, to facilitate the movement of cargo to virtually any international destination. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Montreal, Quebec for an Air Cargo Operations Co-Ordinator. The position involves managing the day-to-day operations of cargo, including coordinating air cargo shipments, managing booking processes, coordinating with airports and carriers, and handling documentation. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with freight forwarding clients and airline partners to ensure a high level of customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in air cargo operations Knowledge of IATA, ICAO, and TSA regulations and requirements Experience with Cargo Management Systems, and other supply chain software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with freight forwarding clients and airline partners Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find efficient and cost-effective solutions Detail-oriented individual with the ability to analyze data and perform root cause analysis
