Position Overview The Operations Coordinator supports daily business operations, office administration, and employee logistics to ensure field teams and leadership can operate efficiently. This role requires strong organization, flexibility (including evenings/weekends), and the ability to handle time‑sensitive requests in a fast‑paced environment. Travel & Employee Logistics Coordinate travel for technicians, supervisors, and leadership. Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation Prepare and distribute travel itineraries. Manage travel changes, delays, and rebooking’s. Provide evening and weekend travel support as needed. Track travel expenses and assistance with reporting. Office & Administrative Support Support smooth daily office operations. Greet visitors and answer incoming calls and emails. Maintain files and office documentation. Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Perform other duties as needed to support daily business operations. Skills/Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including tracking, reporting, and basic data management. Experience in operations, administrative support or logistics Strong time-management and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
