Job summary

Airswift is working with one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas industry to find an Administrative Assistant III to join their team in Sarnia, ON. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities • Duties may include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail. • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Qualifications • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. • Proficiency with MS Office required. • Office Administration diploma preferred • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. • Customer service experience is a plus • Strong administrative coordination abilities Compensation: $30–$37/hr depending on experience, classification, and contract structure. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications and client requirements. Vacancy Status: This posting is to fill a current vacancy for a contract assignment.
