Job summary
Airswift is seeking a Directional Drilling to work on a contract basis with a client in Calgary, Alberta. Role Purpose Responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD (Product & Service Delivery) to customers while ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and HSE compliance during service delivery activities. Key Responsibilities Execute service delivery activities safely, efficiently, and on time. Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and meet customer expectations. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and manage operational risks during service delivery. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote company products and services. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements through: CAT implementation Self-assessments Wellsite inspections Participate in Service Quality Meetings and drive performance improvements through action plans. Support HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality programs. Consistently wear required PPE and follow all HSE policies and procedures. Maintain all required safety certifications and training. Must-Have Requirements Experience in service delivery, field operations, or oilfield/well construction-related environments. Strong commitment to HSE and operational compliance. Ability to perform field-based work and travel regularly to customer locations. Valid driver's license. Must own or have access to a 4x4 truck/vehicle for travel to field locations (critical requirement). Ideal Candidate Profile Customer-focused with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently in remote field environments. Experience with risk assessment, service quality, and operational execution. Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
