Lors de la session d’hiver 2027, le titulaire du poste sera en mesure d'épauler les ingénieurs et les techniciens de production en matière de conception d'outillage et d'instructions de réparation. Rôle : * Concevoir des outillages et des équipements d'essai pour tester et certifier des composants aéronautiques * Réaliser des modèles 3D et des plans 2D à l'aide de SolidWorks * Élaborer la documentation associée et l'intégrer à notre base de données documentaire interne * Collaborer avec les ingénieurs pour rédiger les instructions techniques nécessaires aux activités de réparation des composants et au soutien de l'atelier * Rechercher des solutions pour améliorer les processus internes et réduire les coûts de réparation des composants * Apporter un soutien actif à la production pour résoudre les problèmes dans les meilleurs délais * Examiner les manuels de maintenance des composants et définir les besoins en matière d'équipements d'essai, de formation des techniciens et de matériel Veuillez noter que cette position se déroule sur site dans nos locaux de Montreal. One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique, a state-of-the-art component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 160 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal. During the 2027 Winter semester, the incumbent of this position will be able to support the engineers and the technicians in production with tooling design and repair instructions. Main responsibilities: * Design tools and test equipment to test and certify aircraft components * Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Solidworks * Create the associated documentations and add them to our internal documentation database * Working with the engineers to write technical instructions required for component repair activities and shop support * Research solutions to improve internal processes and reduce costs on components repairs * Actively support production in resolving problems in a timely manner * Review components maintenance manuals and establish requirements for test equipment, technician training and materials Please note that this is an Onsite position at our Montreal Location.
