Lead and improve asset integrity programs for oil sands production, overseeing inspection, corrosion management, risk-based inspection, fitness-for-service assessments, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Provide technical leadership for maintenance events and failure investigations, manage resources and budgets, mentor integrity personnel, and advise site leadership on risk, reliability, and investment priorities.

Maintain piping integrity databases and analyze inspection and corrosion-monitoring data to identify degradation trends, assess risks, and estimate remaining asset life. Coordinate inspection work and replacement scopes with inspectors, engineers, operations, maintenance, and NDE providers, and support repair decisions and outage planning.

Manage the operational and contractual performance of the CNRL contract, including client relationships, workforce planning, inspection and integrity service delivery, financial and resource performance, and compliance with safety and quality requirements. Prepare and check drawings and documentation, support procurement and fabrication, calculate weights and centers of gravity, resolve design and fit issues, and coordinate with other disciplines while providing guidance to designers.
