Akkodis is Hiring – Enterprise Solution Architect (SAP Plan to Stock) Location: Remote (Canada) Work Model: Fully Remote Duration: Until February 9, 2027 Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required (Mandatory) Rate: Flexible for candidates with Active Secret Clearance About this Opportunity: On behalf of our client, Akkodis is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations and the Plan to Stock value stream. This role is ideal for a seasoned SAP leader who can drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and provide strategic architecture guidance across manufacturing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate must be physically located in Canada and possess an Active Secret Clearance. What You'll Do: Lead enterprise architecture and transformation activities across the Plan to Stock value stream. Facilitate enterprise transformation workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Support SAP S/4HANA solution design, planning, and implementation activities. Define and manage governance frameworks, architecture standards, and transformation roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration across SAP and non-SAP environments. Support production planning, inventory management, warehouse operations, and quality management processes. Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and program leadership teams. Contribute to large-scale, multi-year transformation programs utilizing SAP Activate methodology. What You Bring: 10+ years of SAP transformation experience. Active Secret Clearance (Mandatory). SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Public Sector and/or Defense Industry experience. Experience leading enterprise transformation workshops. Strong stakeholder management and governance experience. Experience with SAP Activate methodology. Experience managing cross-functional integrations. Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
