About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in SAP, Enterprise Applications, Business Transformation, and Large-Scale Program Delivery to lead complex initiatives across a global environment. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who excels at navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across business and technology teams, managing external vendors and system integrators, and delivering large-scale transformational projects from concept through execution. You will lead a variety of initiatives including SAP implementations, enterprise application modernization, SaaS deployments, digital transformation programs, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional business transformation projects while partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, global delivery teams, and third-party partners. What You'll Do Lead complex SAP, Business Transformation, SaaS, and Enterprise Technology projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure Define project delivery strategies, project plans, work breakdown structures, staffing models, budgets, schedules, and governance frameworks Translate evolving business objectives into executable project plans and delivery roadmaps Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource planning activities Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to leadership teams, steering committees, Directors, and VPs Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple business units, countries, regions, and time zones Lead vendor and system integrator management activities including SOW development, contract governance, delivery oversight, and performance management Drive project scope management, requirements governance, quality controls, and stakeholder engagement activities Facilitate risk mitigation, issue resolution, decision-making, and executive escalations Support SAP implementations, enterprise application deployments, digital modernization efforts, and process transformation initiatives Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned to business objectives Partner with Change Management, Training, and Business teams to support successful adoption and deployment activities Contribute to PMO process improvements, governance standards, methodologies, and best practices Coach and mentor Project Leads and team members on effective project delivery principles and execution approaches What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications 12+ years of IT project delivery experience within large enterprise environments 5+ years leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle with responsibility for diverse, cross-functional teams Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs and application delivery initiatives Experience managing project budgets exceeding $1M Strong stakeholder management experience working with Directors, VPs, executive leadership teams, and steering committees Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators throughout the project lifecycle Proven ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams and manage 20+ shared resources Strong project planning, forecasting, governance, scope management, risk management, and financial management capabilities Experience delivering projects within structured PMO environments Experience managing enterprise software, packaged applications, or SaaS implementations Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship management skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certification Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and PM reporting tools Preferred experience: Experience delivering SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects Experience within Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, or other large enterprise based environments / related industries Experience leading global or multi-region deployments Experience managing multiple system integrators simultaneously Experience delivering large-scale ERP or enterprise application programs Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments Nice-to-have experience: Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, or enterprise business functions Experience delivering AI initiatives from MVP through production deployment Scrum Master certification Product Management exposure or experience French / English bilingualism What You'll Love About This Opportunity Lead strategic SAP and Business Transformation initiatives with enterprise-wide impact Join a mature PMO responsible for delivering mission-critical global programs Work directly with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and steering committees Drive large-scale technology modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives Gain exposure to SAP, SaaS, digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies Manage high-profile programs across multiple countries and business units Collaborate with global teams, system integrators, and strategic technology partners Influence PMO processes, governance standards, and delivery best practices Strong organizational visibility and long-term career growth potential Be part of a company making significant investments in technology, innovation, and operational excellence How to Apply If you are interested in learning more, don't hesitate to apply today or check out Akkodis Canada website for more opportunities. A bachelor's degree and PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification are required, along with strong stakeholder, vendor, financial, planning, and communication skills; SAP and global deployment experience are preferred.
