Role Description The Client Service & Administration role is a part-time hybrid position based in Kelowna, BC, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating with insurance carriers, and supporting the implementation and maintenance of group benefit & GRS plans. The role involves preparing and processing documentation, updating client records, and assisting with enrollment, changes, and terminations. The individual will help organize client meetings, produce reports, and ensure accurate and timely communication with employers and their employees. This position requires a detail-oriented, service-focused approach, with comfort using technology and office productivity tools. Qualifications You must be very familiar with the day to day and annual responsibilities of group benefits and GRS client servicing. And love doing it! Client service and communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, empathetic approach to supporting employers and employees. Administrative and organizational skills, such as data entry, document management, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency with office software and digital tools, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based platforms used for benefits administration. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and follow structured processes with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in insurance, benefits and GRS administration, HR support, or a related field is an asset, along with a willingness to learn about group benefits products. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability on-site in Kelowna and accountability when working from home. High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality when handling employee and client information. Completion of secondary education; post-secondary studies in business, administration, HR, or a related discipline are considered an advantage. GBA designation an asset .
