They manage medication therapy for patients and provide clinical assessments to resolve drug-related problems. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be registered with the Alberta College of Pharmacy. Experience in a hospital setting or direct patient care is required, and Additional Prescribing Authorization is preferred.
