We are especially looking for experienced supervisors/foremen and crew leaders who can take full responsibility for a job site, manage a crew, and keep the project moving safely and efficiently. Please understand: we are looking for solid, experienced concrete professionals. If you have only worked for a year or two and mainly done some sidewalks, please don’t consider yourself a concrete finisher—no offense. We need people who have been around the trade, understand concrete work, and can confidently run a crew and handle different types of jobs.
