Alévo Talents recherche un ou une CPA pour un organisme à but non lucratif qui amorce une importante transformation. Ce poste nouvellement créé te permettra de bâtir la fonction financière, de travailler directement avec la direction générale et de contribuer à un projet majeur de requalification immobilière. Ton rôle Tu prendras en charge la gestion financière de deux organismes liés, en combinant vision stratégique et implication dans les opérations : • Élaborer les budgets, les prévisions de trésorerie et les tableaux de bord; • Assurer le cycle comptable, la conformité fiscale et la coordination de l’audit annuel; • Contribuer aux demandes de financement et de subventions, ainsi qu’à la reddition de comptes; • Participer à la planification financière des projets majeurs et au suivi des placements; • Développer les outils, les processus et les contrôles internes qui accompagneront la transformation. Tu aimes structurer, analyser et conseiller, tout en restant près des opérations. Une expérience en OBNL serait un atout. Tes connaissances en financement public, en subventions et en fiscalité des OBNL seront également précieuses. Requirements

Requires a CPA designation and at least seven years of relevant financial management experience. Nonprofit experience is an asset, as are knowledge of public financing, grants, and nonprofit taxation; the ideal candidate is autonomous, rigorous, collaborative, and able to explain financial information clearly.
