Job summary
SUMMARY Achieve a regional sales goal each month through the successful training, retaining, and/or recruiting of distributors in each geographic area. Including sales prospecting and development of direct business. This is how you WOW: Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales revenue and profit targets Build relations with current distribution as well as prospect for new distributor opportunities Provide sales support including product demonstration and training for distribution as well as end users Support national/corporate account programs where required Participate in trade shows, annual sales meetings and other marketing events It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Proven successful experience selling to, and supporting endusers /distributors Natural at relationship building and consultative sales Mechanical aptitude and enjoy working hands-on with equipment Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Willing and able to travel across the province with a trailer at times.
