About The Role What if your MBA and hard-won business expertise could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of executives and organizations? We're looking for experienced business professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — stress-testing their reasoning across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep command of core business disciplines and a sharp eye for analytical rigor. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges: Build advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior Author Gold-Standard Solutions: Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, established frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level strategic rationales — that serve as benchmark answers for AI training Audit AI Outputs: Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Sharpen AI Reasoning: Identify and document reasoning failures — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misapplying macroeconomic assumptions — and provide structured, actionable feedback Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Able to synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, executive-style recommendations Precise and detail-oriented when reviewing financial formulas, data interpretation, and the logical integrity of business arguments Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an asynchronous schedule No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge language model development Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually stimulating work Make a direct impact on how AI supports executive decision-making and business operations at scale Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
