As an IAM Analyst, you'll apply your real-world security expertise to help AI systems reason accurately about how identity and access risks emerge, escalate, and propagate in enterprise environments. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about enterprise security Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes Strong grasp of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them in real environments Analytical mindset with clear written communication skills Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments Nice to Have Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar Familiarity with zero-trust frameworks and identity governance Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture Prior exposure to AI training or data annotation workflows Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems with leading research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that shapes how AI understands cybersecurity Potential for ongoing work and contract extension

Analyze IAM and SSO scenarios to identify security weaknesses and misconfigurations for AI training. Generate and validate identity security data to help AI models reason accurately about enterprise security risks.

Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms. Candidates must have a strong understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and how identity failures are exploited.
