Guidewire Developer

Votre rôle, votre impact En tant que développeur ou développeuse Guidewire, vous contribuerez à la conception, au développement et à la mise en œuvre de solutions dans un environnement d’assurance en pleine transformation numérique. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour livrer des solutions performantes et évolutives basées sur la suite Guidewire. Responsibilities Votre quotidien Développer et configurer les solutions Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter); Participer à l’analyse technique et à la conception des solutions; Développer des fonctionnalités en respectant les standards et meilleures pratiques; Intégrer les systèmes via APIs, services web (REST/SOAP) et middleware; Collaborer avec les analystes d’affaires, les conseillers en architecture et les équipes d’assurance qualité; Effectuer les tests unitaires et soutenir les phases de tests intégrés (SIT/UAT); Participer à la résolution de problèmes et à l’optimisation des performances. Qualifications Les clés de votre réussite 3 à 7+ ans d’expérience en développement logiciel; Expérience concrète avec Guidewire (un ou plusieurs modules : PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter); Maîtrise de Java et des concepts orientés objet; Expérience avec les services web (REST/SOAP) et les intégrations; Expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance; Bonne compréhension des méthodologies Agile; Développement orienté objet et bonnes pratiques de codage; Analyse technique et résolution de problèmes; Fortes compétences en communication et en collaboration; Autonomie et souci de la qualité. Design, develop, and implement scalable insurance solutions using the Guidewire suite. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate robust features and ensure system performance and reliability.

Requires 3 to 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on Guidewire modules and Java. Candidates must have experience with web services, the insurance sector, and proficiency in French and English.
