Votre rôle, votre impact En tant que conseiller ou conseillère stratégique en gouvernance et gestion, vous allez soutenir des initiatives de haut niveau auprès de la direction. Relevant des instances exécutives, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la définition des orientations stratégiques, la gouvernance des données et l’implantation de pratiques avancées en analytique et IA. Responsibilities Votre quotidien Agir à titre de conseiller stratégique auprès de la haute direction (VP, DG, exécutifs); Définir et orienter les stratégies en données, en IA et en architecture d’entreprise; Concevoir et livrer des biens livrables stratégiques (cadres de gouvernance, feuilles de route, modèles opérationnels, etc.); Planifier, préparer et animer des ateliers exécutifs de réflexion et d’alignement stratégique; Accompagner les organisations dans la prise de décision en matière de transformation numérique et IA. Qualifications Les clés de votre réussite 15+ ans d’expérience en technologies de l’information 8+ ans d’expérience à titre de conseiller stratégique en données, en architecture d’entreprise, en analytique ou en intelligence artificielle; Expérience significative auprès de gestionnaires de haut niveau, tels que des directeurs généraux, des vice-présidents, des présidents, des membres de conseils d’administration ainsi que des sous-ministres ou équivalent (secteur public ou privé); Expérience dans la réalisation de mandats et de livrables dans un environnement organisationnel comparable; Avoir préparé et animé un minimum de 5 ateliers de travail de niveau exécutif portant sur les données, l’architecture d’entreprise, l’analytique et l’intelligence artificielle au cours des 5 dernières années. Expertise stratégique reconnue et capacité d’influence auprès de la haute direction; Excellentes habiletés de communication et d’animation auprès d’un public exécutif; Vision globale combinée à une capacité de structurer des cadres et orientations concrètes; Forte autonomie et jugement stratégique. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires over 15 years of IT experience, including 8+ years as a strategic advisor in data, architecture, or AI. Must have a proven track record of influencing C-level executives and facilitating high-level strategic workshops.
