Key Responsibilities * Work with the Team Leader to set up the workstation for each order. * Assemble trusses according to company procedures, SWOP, and Team Leader instructions. * Inspect materials, equipment, and completed work regularly; report any issues promptly. * Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift, including end‑of‑day cleanup. * Operate all tools, equipment, and machinery safely, correctly, and responsibly. * Perform additional duties as required to support production and team operations. Experience * Woodworking or construction experience required. * Ability to use a hammer and read a tape measure (foot‑inch‑sixteenth method). * Experience reading and understanding work orders. Knowledge & Abilities * Strong verbal and written English communication skills. * Team‑oriented, cooperative, and supportive. * Detail‑oriented, accurate, and committed to safe work practices. * Able to prioritize tasks and work productively in a fast‑paced team environment. * Willingness to learn new skills and participate actively in team huddles. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes, the department, and personal performance.
