Winnipeg Shipping | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Pay Range $18.36- $22.61 We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Technician I to join our Winnipeg Shipping team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active and working as part of a team. You’ll help receive, organize, pick and ship materials and customer orders while keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organized. What You’ll Do * Follow all health and safety policies and procedures. * Receive, unload, inspect and put away materials and products. * Pick, stage and load customer orders accurately and on time. * Maintain organized warehouse locations and accurate inventory records. * Complete inventory transactions, cycle counts and physical inventories. * Investigate and report shipment or inventory discrepancies. * Keep warehouse, shipping and receiving areas clean and organized. * Maintain safe walkways and assist with snow and ice removal when required. * Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained. * Support other warehouse and shipping activities as needed. What You Bring * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate. * Manufacturing, building products or parts management experience is an asset. * Good attention to detail and organizational skills. * Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Comfortable using computers and learning new systems; ERP experience is an asset. * Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
