We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their craft, take pride in their work, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. ASTTBC Certification is required. CFAA is a valuable asset. *What You?ll Be Doing:* * Inspecting, testing and maintaining fire alarms, sprinklers, backflows, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers * Work closely with team, providing leadership while remaining approachable and open minded * Troubleshoot and address issues with existing fire alarm systems, finding solutions * Keeping clear accurate records of work performed and materials used * Making safety the standard, not an afterthought *What You Bring:* * ASTTBC certifications I is required (AL,WA,FX & EM) * BCWWA cross-connection certification * Proven experience as a fire protection technician * Strong grasp of relevant codes and regulations * Sharp troubleshooting instincts and a self-starter mindset * The kind of communications skills that build trust with clients and teammates alike * CFAA certification is a bonus, not a requirement *Benefits:* * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Comprehensive benefits package. * Training allowances * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. * Positive and collaborative work environment within a growing family company.
