Role Description This is a full-time role of Elevator Mechanic at Alliance Elevator, who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, and repair of various elevator systems and components. This role also includes ensuring compliance with safety standards, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining detailed service records. Working both independently and as part of a team, the successful candidate will serve a diverse range of clients, from single-building owners to large-scale property managers. Qualifications Proficiency in Elevator Maintenance and Repair, including routine servicing, diagnostics, and resolving technical issues Experience with hydraulic elevator systems Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving issues with elevators and related systems Knowledge and understanding of Electricity, including systems relevant to elevator operation and safety Experience working with various models and types of Elevators and accessibility lift systems Ability to follow maintenance schedules and safety practices to ensure operation compliance Valid TSSA Certificate for Elevating Device Mechanic Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Previous work experience in the elevator industry is mandatory Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces

The Elevator Mechanic will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, modernization, and repair of various elevator systems and components. This includes ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining detailed service records.

Requirements

Candidates must have proficiency in elevator maintenance and repair, including experience with hydraulic elevator systems. A valid TSSA Certificate for Elevating Device Mechanic and previous work experience in the elevator industry are mandatory.
