This role assists the building manager with daily tasks, answers resident inquiries, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. Shift Available: Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Responsibilities and Duties: Act as the main contact for residents and their guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist residents with housekeeping and maintenance requests. Respond to noise and other resident complaints. Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records (vehicles, guests, and service providers). Enforce parking rules, including towing unauthorized vehicles. Conduct regular patrols of the building and exterior. Monitor fire alarm panels and report issues. Train new Concierge staff when required. Flexible working evenings and weekends when needed. Other duties as required. Skills and Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude. Excellent communication, coordination, and listening skills. Professional appearance (neat suit and attire). Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools.
