Requirements IRATA level 1 or higher + window cleaning experience 2+ years of experience in rope access or a related field High school diploma or equivalent Valid Canadian driver’s licence Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Physical fitness and ability to lift 50 pounds Excellent communication and teamwork skills Start date of position: March 2025 LOCATION: Canada, VANCOUVER Duties Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on buildings, bridges, and other structures using rope access techniques Conduct visual inspections and identify potential hazards or defects Execute painting, coating, and other surface protection applications Install, repair, and replace equipment and materials as needed Collaborate with other technicians and teams to complete projects efficiently Maintain accurate records and reports of work performed Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures Participate in ongoing training and professional development Benefits Hourly wages: $28-$35 dental and extended health
