Job summary
As a Customer Service Project Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining our commitment to “Packaging Done Right.” Key responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses Process and track orders from start to completion Provide quotations and follow up within 24 hours Keep customers informed on order status and delivery timelines Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Estimating) Support sales activities including product samples and project coordination Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity Ideal Qualifications & Skill: Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must possess relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and industry best practices. Minimum 3 years of customer service or related experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service mindset Computer literate and fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and internet research engines; experience with CRM software and/or ERP system a definite asset.
