Treasury Management System Implementation Analyst Contract Duration: November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027 Work Model: 100% Remote MUST HAVE Reliability Security Clearance The organization is seeking an experienced Treasury Management System (TMS) contractor to support the transition from the current on-premises Treasury Management System to a third-party SaaS TMS. The organization is currently executing on a Treasury Management System transformation program and is preparing for the next phase focused on Investments, Debt, Liquidity, Risk Management, Hedging, and Treasury Accounting. The selected proponent for this role will provide deep Treasury domain expertise focused on implementation of functionality to support: Investments Debt, Liquidity, and Risk Management Hedging Treasury & Financial Accounting The contractor will work closely with Treasury, Risk, Accounting, and Technology teams as well as implementation partners. Primary Responsibilities: TMS Transition & Treasury Advisory Support the transition from the current Treasury Management System (TMS) to a third-party SaaS TMS. Apply in-depth knowledge of Treasury, Debt, Liquidity, and Risk processes, financial instruments, and reporting requirements to guide the TMS project team through design, data, and reporting decisions. Independently assess and challenge solution designs, configurations, data models, reporting approaches, and implementation recommendations provided by system integrators and software vendors to ensure alignment with Treasury business requirements and industry-leading practices. Reporting & Data Analysis Support analysis and development of requirements, design activities, and testing of reports to support future state business operations Monitor and support delivery activities related to report development, data integration, testing, and user acceptance. Contribute to user training and knowledge transfer related to new Treasury reporting solutions. Testing & Quality Assurance Support integration testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities between TMS and interfacing systems Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues during transition and cutover phases. Skill and Qualification Requirements: Top Skills Required: Proven experience in business and data analysis, and system integrations. Demonstrated experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), preferably including SaaS based platforms. Ability to clearly and concisely analyze, document, communicate, and negotiate requirements and design details Other Skills Required: Treasury Domain experience Assets: Experience with FIS Integrity

Requirements
