Here’s What We Offer You: Competitive compensation Total Rewards Program Extended health care plan including medical, dental, vision, and mental health services Group RRSP Group Life - AD&D - Critical Illness Insurance Paid safety orientations Great company culture and environment Areas to grow within the organization, opportunities for growth Recognition of achievements and contributions What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet! 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience is an asset Journeyman Welder with B Pressure ticket is an asset Hold valid CSO, Intermediate First Aid, Fall Protection, & WHMIS Pipe Fabrication experience is required Train welders hands-on in pipe welding (FCAW/GMAW), pipe fitting, and spool work Use solid shop experience to teach proper fit-up, layout, and fabrication practices Bring a practical, problem-solving mindset with creative workflow solutions Ability to see and manage the flow of fabrication from start to finish Demonstrated drive and a genuine desire to work and lead by example Strong knowledge of pipe schedules, fittings, and fabrication flow Must be proficient in reading and interpreting isometric drawings accurately Possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, and collaborating effectively with various teams Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate a team of 10+ people Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress Assign tasks, monitor quality, and maintain safety standards on the shop floor Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Ensure proper use of pipe schedules and fittings Cultivate a positive work environment that boosts morale Strong desire to train and teach welders Shift available: Monday - Friday Nights #SJ

Requirements

Requires pipe fabrication experience and the ability to interpret isometric drawings, with a preference for a Journeyman Welder with a B Pressure ticket. Candidates should have leadership experience and valid safety certifications including CSO and First Aid.
