Responsibilities Physically demanding role reporting to the assigned foreman Work in a large manufacturing facility and yard in various indoor/outdoor conditions, heat/cold, and a fast-paced environment Perform complex tasks and operate small equipment Complete pre-use inspections of lifting gear Choose the appropriate rigging hardware and hitches Safely lift steel, pipes, and structural material What We’re Looking For From You Over 3 years of experience loading trailers required Over 3 years of hands-on rigging experience in industrial or construction settings Minimum Grade 12 or GED Valid Driver’s License with a current 5-Year Driver’s Abstract Previous experience completing Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHAs) Good knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting/handling procedures Zoom Boom or Forklift ticket is an asset (not required) CSO Ticket Physically fit and agile: ability to lift up to 60 lbs, work at heights, and ascend/descend ladders Excellent communication, verbal, and listening skills with strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proven safety attitude and excellent attendance history Ready to build your career with an industry leader?
