Provide technical support to the railway maintenance and operations team in order to maintain equipment performance and reliability, ensuring service delivery aligned with the contractual objectives established with our client, exo. Key Responsibilities Support specialist technicians during fault diagnostics Act as an on-the-job coach to improve the performance of technical personnel Perform rigorous follow-up on issues occurring on in-service rolling stock Propose solutions to improve the performance and reliability of railway equipment (locomotives and coaches) Represent the company with the client’s technical department Conduct in-depth analyses of delays and their root causes, and implement corrective actions Perform remote diagnostics using monitoring and tracking software Carry out any other tasks related to the Reliability and Performance department Profile Sought Minimum of 5 years of experience in the railway industry Knowledge of railway equipment maintenance procedures Strong mechanical knowledge and basic electrical knowledge In-depth knowledge of diesel engines In-depth knowledge of pneumatic systems Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken Proficiency with the MS Office suite Schedule flexibility based on operational needs Strong team spirit, customer-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure Working Conditions Work performed in a railway workshop, maintenance center, or in the field Variable schedule that may occasionally include evening, night, or weekend shifts based on operational needs Availability required during operational incidents or emergency situations You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
