Job summary

Your future role As the Regional IS&T Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through to successful implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure effective communication, planning, and execution of project goals, and contribute to the development of long-term infrastructure strategies. We’ll look to you for: Provide project direction, leadership, and coordination to foster a high-performance team culture. Manage budgets, resources, and contracts for successful project delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines. Forecast future projects based on team capacity, optimize resource utilization. Lead planning, design, and implementation of complex infrastructure projects on-time and within budget, satisfy stakeholders. Build/maintain relationships with cross-functional teams/stakeholders/suppliers for effective collaboration. Develop project plans, schedule timelines, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership/stakeholders. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, drive measurable/impactful results. Keep up to date with emerging trends/technologies, engage stakeholders in beneficial change. Play active role in implementing new IT infrastructure solutions. Facilitate implementation of new/upgraded WAN/telecom circuits, provide tech support during outages. Occasionally engage in direct IT problem-solving. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered Knowledge / Experience 5 years’ experience in Project management with a focus on IT infrastructure Design and support. Strong breadth of knowledge and interest in IS&T and network/infrastructure topics. Ability to coordinate multi-cultural and diverse teams in a productive and respectful manner. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing timelines, while maintaining attention to detail. PMP certification beneficial Working languages: Bilingual French and English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset, and fluency in multiple languages is even better. Knowledge of a language other than French is an asset when dealing with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues and customers. In Quebec, French remains the main working language of our company. This is a global role that requires experience in influencing change across a diverse range of IS&T and business stakeholders. As a leader of distributed teams, you will be essential to achieving success in this role. A strong and practical leadership style coupled with a pragmatic approach to continuous improvement will be key to success, along with exceptional communications skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
