Lead a team of Bogie Project Engineer Managers to ensure the delivery of programs according to quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments. Drive operational excellence through KPI implementation, strategy definition, and the development of engineering capabilities.

Requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in the railway industry, with at least 5 years in team management. Proficiency in both French and English is required for this role based in Quebec.
