Your Role, Your Impact Lead scalable asset management strategies for depot equipment across Eglinton & Finch facilities, ensuring long-term operational efficiency. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and safety, to deliver integrated solutions. Guarantee reliability and uptime of critical equipment through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion innovation by implementing new technologies and process enhancements to optimize facility operations. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within teams, supporting a culture of learning and development. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of experience or understanding of depot equipment maintenance, asset lifecycle management, or facility operations. Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, depot operations, manufacturing, or industrial facilities environments Contractor management and stakeholder collaboration skills Hands-on, practical approach to ensuring equipment reliability and operational effectiveness Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies. Leadership, resilience, adaptability, and effective communication skills to manage teams and drive results. Work Set-Up: Flexible but predominantly onsite, with regular presence required at our Finch and Eglinton locations. CompensationThe expected compensation for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
