Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your construction management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and solution-oriented teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and timely execution of OCS installation site works, from preparation to completion and handover. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, construction, project management, external stakeholders), lead the development of procurement activities, and oversee compliance with Alstom’s EHS rules to foster a culture of safety and excellence. You’ll specifically take care of planning and progress follow-up, as well as supplier and subcontractor management, but also ensure quality and configuration management until handover to Testing & Commissioning (T&C). We’ll look to you for: Leading the development of procurement activities, including RFQ preparation and subcontractor selection Ensuring compliance with Alstom EHS rules and promoting a zero-accident culture Overseeing planning setup and on-time execution of projects Managing site interfaces with internal and external stakeholders Coordinating quality management in collaboration with the QA/QC team Managing construction interfaces with other subsystems (e.g., trackworks, signalling, civil works) Supporting the definition of installation strategies for OCS activities Collecting and sharing Return of Experience (REX) from regional centers All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
