You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the development, integration, and performance optimization of signaling subsystems within the Rolling Stock & Components (RSC) division. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and external stakeholders), lead the integration of signaling subsystems into rolling stock, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of defining subsystem architecture and functionalities, but also ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. We’ll look to you for: * Developing comprehensive functional, performance, transverse, and train-level requirements for RSC signaling subsystems * Leading the integration of signaling subsystems into rolling stock, addressing mechanical, electrical, and software components * Specifying and documenting necessary interfaces to enable effective subsystem communication * Conducting integration validation and participating in design reviews * Implementing and managing change control processes for signaling subsystems * Planning and coordinating engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders * Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to optimize subsystem performance All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
