Responsibilities: Develop automotive electrical motor product projects Create design concepts, evaluate specifications, and conduct feasibility studies Organize and follow design validation tests Create and assess drawings, DFMEA, DVP&R, and all project documentation Communicate with customers, suppliers, project teams, and cross‑functional groups Solve technical issues up to safe launch Follow product development procedures (APQP, quality, manufacturing, assembly, cost) Support global collaboration (early/late calls) Comply with company regulations and audit deliverables Requirement: 8+ years of experience in the electrical motor industry Strong experience in PMDC brush motor structure or electromagnetic design Good knowledge of automotive industry processes (APQP, FMEA, SPC, DVPR) Experience in NVH issue resolution, EMC and EMC filter design CATIA, UG, or similar for 3D engineering drawings Familiarity with systematic problem‑solving methods Engineering calculations and analysis Nice to have: Understanding of Chinese Knowledge of seating and closure actuators Why Join Us? Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
