HOURLY RATE: $21.43 FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS: Full Time: 5 days/week including weekends from November to March Approx. 8am-5pm WHAT WILL I BE DOING? With support from the Administrative Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for creating daily and seasonal schedules, ensuring the accuracy of payroll, and supporting product sales. They will work in conjunction with department Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors to ensure that daily and seasonal schedules are manageable for staff and in line with both departmental labour goals and employment standards. The Administrative Coordinator will work with the supervisor to make sure that payroll is on time and accurate and that all staff information is kept up to date. They will liaise with the necessary departments to coordinate the accurate set up and sales of Snow School products. Prepare and maintain daily and seasonal schedules according to budgets and business levels. Troubleshoot sales and bookings of Snow School products. Keep up-to-date information on all Snow School staff. Coordinate pre-season communication with program participants. Support and help train the Information and Reservation and Guest Services teams with regards to Snow School. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
