Your Responsibilities • You'll lead the release management strategy for enterprise non-production environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. • You'll oversee environment planning, data migration strategies, patch management, and release governance to support reliable technology delivery. • You'll collaborate with development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and project teams to coordinate deployments, upgrades, maintenance windows, and release readiness activities. • You'll establish and enhance release management processes, change control practices, and governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices. • You'll monitor environment health, manage release documentation, support audit and compliance activities, and mitigate operational risks. • You'll mentor Release Analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve delivery quality and operational efficiency. Skills and Qualifications • 7+ years of progressive experience in release management, software delivery, quality assurance, or a related technical leadership role. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Demonstrated experience with Release Management, Test Automation, Configuration Management, and project or support management. • Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise software deployment processes. • Experience supporting audit, security, or regulatory compliance initiatives, including PCI standards, is considered an asset. • Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • Experience coordinating releases for platforms like SAP, Blue Yonder, MuleSoft, or Workday an asset Note from the Hiring Manager "We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex technical environments, thrives on collaboration, and isn't afraid to challenge existing processes to help our team deliver better outcomes."
