Altrad are currently looking for experienced Painter / Blasters to join the team at Pembroke for upcoming outage site works. This role will involve working 9.5 hour shifts on a 6 on 1 off shift pattern (potential to become 11.5 hour shift pattern and 13 on 1 off shift pattern). The position is paid under NAECI agreements (£22.50 an hour + Hourly bonus TBC), travelling labour considered. The role is until 10.12.2026 approx. Key Deliverables To prepare surfaces to be painted To paint interior or exterior areas, depending on site requirements Blasting/spraying painting requirements Keep working areas & facilities in a clean and safe condition Key Requirements / Qualifications Previous experience in Painting and Blasting CCNSG Safety Passport Painting Blasting qualification - ICATS Level 2 (Blasting) or Level 3 (Spraying) / Train the Painter Silver or Gold (Bronze considered) Confined space training ideal

Requirements

Previous painting and blasting experience and a CCNSG Safety Passport are required. Applicants need an ICATS Level 2 blasting or Level 3 spraying qualification, or Train the Painter Silver or Gold certification; Bronze may be considered, and confined-space training is ideal.
