Work with the CEO to identify and assess university sports business opportunities, select priority sports, and design and test sponsorship revenue models. Launch small-scale revenue proofs of concept, such as ticketing, merchandise, broadcasting, and alumni communities, and develop a repeatable model for expanding the business across sports.

Work with the CEO and business division head to grow the student manufacturing Expo into adjacent areas, develop enterprise proposals and client relationships, and support delivery for major manufacturing companies. Manage sales and customer success operations, profit and loss and KPI tracking, organizational processes, and the design and delivery of student experiences and events.
