The Team A&M Tax is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant in Calgary that will support the practice professionals. Responsibilities How you will contribute Prepare, review, format, and organize correspondence, meeting materials, presentations, and business documents Track deliverables and follow up with partners and stakeholders to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in an organized manner Coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions, ensuring accountability and execution Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and resolve issues independently Proactively manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and critical deadlines Support practice management and administrative organization, including file management, document tracking, and workflow coordination Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive matters Create structure in a dynamic environment by improving processes, keeping matters on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Manage multiple Outlook calendars for leaders with tight schedules. Negotiate time on calendars and reschedule appointments as scheduling conflicts occur Cooperate with other internal staff in A&M Canada Tax to ensure adequate coverage during vacations Will be responsible for additional duties as necessary Qualifications 7+ years of professional services environment experience Background as an administrative assistant, legal assistant, or executive assistant supporting and upward managing senior professionals Strong follow-up discipline and the confidence to hold senior stakeholders accountable in a professional manner Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage competing priorities Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve problems with low supervision Resilience, adaptability, and a high tolerance for changing priorities and urgent requests Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer and calendaring skills, including Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture Impeccable attention to detail In Office This position requires a hybrid schedule consisting of 3-4 days per week in the Calgary office. The salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
