Job Description Nous recherchons des consultants dynamiques pour renforcer notre équipe en Systèmes d'Information & Digital à Montréal. Votre expérience, vos connaissances et votre engagement nous aideront à relever les défis de nos clients. Vous soutiendrez différents projets grâce à votre expertise en tant que Ingénieur QA en automatisation. Vos principales responsabilités : Effectuer des tests fonctionnels et non fonctionnels d’applications web tout au long du cycle de développement logiciel. Concevoir, développer, maintenir et améliorer continuellement les frameworks et stratégies de tests automatisés. Créer et exécuter des scénarios de tests automatisés à l’aide d’outils tels que Playwright, Cucumber, Python et Node.js. Collaborer avec des équipes internationales et interfonctionnelles afin de définir les objectifs qualité, d’analyser les défauts et de soutenir les livraisons. Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs de qualité, l’avancement des tests, les risques et les recommandations aux parties prenantes. Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques QA, contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration des processus et soutenir l’adoption d’outils et de méthodologies de test modernes. Qualifications : 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité, en automatisation QA ou en tests logiciels, avec une expérience pratique des applications web. Solide expérience pratique des frameworks et outils d’automatisation des tests, notamment Playwright, Cucumber, Python et Node.js. Bonne compréhension des tests fonctionnels, non fonctionnels, de régression, d’intégration et de bout en bout. Bonne connaissance du cycle de développement logiciel, des meilleures pratiques de test, des processus QA, de la gestion des défauts et des normes de qualité. Excellentes aptitudes en communication, collaboration, analyse et résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement au sein d’une organisation internationale et matricielle. Your main responsibilities: Perform functional and non-functional testing of web applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve automated testing frameworks and strategies. Create and execute automated test scenarios using tools such as Playwright, Cucumber, Python, and Node.js. Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to define quality objectives, investigate defects, and support successful releases. Monitor and report quality metrics, testing progress, risks, and actionable insights to project stakeholders. Promote QA best practices, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support the adoption of modern testing tools and methodologies. Qualifications: 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering, QA Automation, or Software Testing, with hands-on experience testing web applications. Strong practical experience with test automation frameworks and tools, including Playwright, Cucumber, Python, and Node.js. Solid understanding of functional testing, non-functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Good knowledge of the SDLC, testing best practices, QA processes, defect management, and quality standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and matrixed organization. Candidates should understand multiple testing types, the software development lifecycle, QA processes, and defect management, and be effective communicators and collaborators; availability to work on site in Montreal three days per week is required.
