Job Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a key role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support. What You’re Responsible For: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role. Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate assessments. Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities, including market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement to build talent pipelines and support key hiring needs. Promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates. Qualifications To Join Our Team: You have 1 year of experience managing the full recruitment cycle. You have a proven ability to source and attract talent in competitive markets. You have strong experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You have demonstrated the ability to partner with and influence hiring managers. You have a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience. You are fluent in both French and English. You hold a valid driver’s license.
