Job Description Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve inventory health by analyzing inventory statistics to identify fast- and slow-moving products. Configure replenishment system parameters, including item master data, SKU records, min/max levels, and supplier item information. Review, analyze, and validate weekly inventory purchase orders before submission. Conduct in-depth analysis of a wide range of inventory reports, historical inventory data, and national purchasing trends. Provide guidance and support to Buyers and Warehouse personnel. Perform regular inventory analyses and cycle count reviews. Prepare inventory reports documenting stock levels, variances, and key performance metrics. Present inventory statistics to management and recommend improvements to inventory control processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving issues. Develop and maintain inventory databases and systems to ensure accurate inventory management and reporting. Qualifications To Join Our Team: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and programming tools. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, VBA, and Microsoft Power BI; experience with additional programming languages is considered an asset. What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, mathematics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SQL, and programming, along with excellent communication skills in English and French, is required.
