Job Summary: RTDS Technologies Inc. are seeking to fill an Assembly Technician position who will participate in the assembly of the RTDS digital real-time power system simulator. This role requires hands-on experience with electrical component assembly, the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a team, and a commitment to meeting our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Under the direction of the Production Manager, assemble RTDS cubicles, enclosures and other housings. * Advise Production Manager of assembly problems, including but not limited to * Poor quality or improper components * Assemblies that are difficult to complete * Unsafe wiring arrangements * Participate in cubicle, enclosure or housing related support issues. * Be familiar with the setup and installation of RTDS main and I/O boards. * Participate in the production aspects of new product cubicles, enclosures and housings. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * C.E.T Certification, or equivalent certification/experience (Mechanical, Electronic, Computer Engineering Technology) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field * Hands on work experience with electrical component assembly & board testing * Willingness and ability to work collaboratively in a team * Experience with soldering, testing, maintenance, & repair of electrical/electronic hardware, peripherals and software * Experience with circuit boards Deadline to apply: September 25, 2026 What's in it for you? * Competitive compensation and paid time off * Great benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, and fitness reimbursement program * Employee Assistance Program * Group Retirement Savings with Company Match * Costco membership * Every day free parking, and free parking for Princess Auto Stadium events * Maternity and parental wage supplement and more! Requirements
