About

Human-Relevant Platforms for Predictive Discovery. At Ananda Devices, we develop human-relevant organ-on-a-chip systems that replicate neuromuscular and neuronal physiology, enabling predictive preclinical data generation aligned with New Approach Methods (NAMs) and the FDA Modernization Act. Our platforms: NeuroHTS™ provides precisely organized networks for improved neuronal connectively, morphology and function - all in one assay. Advantages include precisely organized neuronal networks for reproducible screening, multiparametric high-throughput workflows, compatibility with primary & iPSC-derived neurons, and ideal applicability for neurotoxicity, regeneration & CNS drug discovery. NeuroMuscle™ provides a 3D model of a human neuromuscular junction that allows motor neurons to innervate skeletal muscle and generate multiparameter quantitative measure of muscle contraction - both amplitude and frequency. The system can be used for toxicity assessment, countermeasure development and analysis of disease states for ALS, SMA, MG and many others.
