The Role As a Captain (PIC), you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our flights. Duties will be primarily associated with operating 604 (Private, non-revenue) passenger flights, and operating 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. Your Responsibilities Flight Safety and Compliance: Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight, ensuring the highest level of safety for passengers, crew, and the aircraft. Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and procedures, including those outlined in the operations manual. Flight Operations: Serve as the Pilot in Command (PIC) for both 604 (Private, non-revenue) and 704 (Charter, revenue) non-scheduled Domestic and International passenger flights. Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations and timely departures and arrivals. Leadership and Teamwork: Provide clear guidance, instructions, and support to the flight crew, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and dispatch, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues or concerns. What you’ll do
The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of private and charter passenger flights domestically and internationally. This includes leading the flight crew and ensuring strict compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Transport Canada ATPL with a minimum of 3000 total flight hours and 500 PIC hours. Experience in jet and corporate aviation is required, along with the ability to work and travel in and outside of Canada.
