Job description: In this role, you will help tell the stories that bring our organization to life. Through digital content, social media, video production, and employer branding initiatives, you will play an important role in strengthening how ANDRITZ is perceived by employees, candidates, customers, and partners. The following responsibilities form the core of this role in our Canadian team. What You'll Do Create engaging content for internal and external communications. Develop and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn. Produce and edit videos that highlight our people, projects, and expertise. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Contribute to communication campaigns, events, and special projects. Collaborate with leaders and teams across North America to promote key achievements and success stories. Track communication results and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. What You'll Bring A University degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Relevant experience in communications, marketing, content creation, or a similar role. Strong writing and communication skills in both English and French. Experience with or a strong interest in social media, video production, and digital storytelling. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative mindset, initiative, and a collaborative approach to working with others.
