OPERATIONS MANAGER - FEED & BIOFUEL Windsor, Ontario, Canada Relocation Assistance Available ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Windsor, Ontario manufacturing facility. This is a key site leadership role responsible for safety, operational performance, workforce development, continuous improvement, and long-term business success. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and help drive operational excellence while living the principles of the #1ANDRITZway. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead all manufacturing and operational activities for the Windsor facility. * Champion a culture of safety by actively promoting the ANDRITZ 8 Life-Saving Rules. * Drive environmental stewardship, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Lead and develop department leaders, shift supervisors, and manufacturing teams. * Develop and execute operational strategies that improve profitability, productivity, and competitiveness. * Manage facility budgets, capital investments, and business improvement initiatives. * Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer commitments are consistently achieved. * Drive operational excellence through process, equipment, and quality improvements. * Strengthen workforce capabilities through coaching, development, and succession planning. * Foster a collaborative culture built on accountability, ownership, and continuous learning. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, plant management, or general management. * Feed & Biofuel industry experience preferred. * Experience leading teams within a matrix organization. * Strong business and financial acumen, including: * Profit & Loss management * Budgeting and forecasting * Balance sheet and cash flow management * Proven success driving operational improvements and developing high-performing teams. * Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%. * Authorized to work in Canada. Requirements

Candidates need at least five years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or general management, preferably in the Feed & Biofuel industry, and experience working in a matrix structure. They should understand profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow, finance, and budgeting, be available for up to 25% domestic and international travel, and be authorized to work in Canada.
