We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to support various manufacturing activities, including material handling, machine support, and general labor. What You Will Be Doing Here’s an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise: Assist with site preparation and clean-up to maintain an organized and safe work environment Transport materials, tools, and supplies within the facility Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision Hold or supply materials and tools during production processes Load and unload items from machines and assembly lines Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work closely with team members and respond to direction from supervisors Embody, demonstrate, and reinforce the #1ANDRITZway core values and behaviors and promote a positive work environment What We Have to Offer In exchange for your commitment, we offer the following: A dynamic and innovative work environment where your expertise and ideas are valued. What We're Looking For When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience: Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work effectively as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required Legally authorized to work in Canada About the New Facility ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel, a leading company in the field of process and plant solutions, technologies and services for the animal feed, aqua feed, pet food, and biofuel industries, is excited to announce the establishment of a new state-of-the-art die plant as part of its expansion strategy. Requirements
