ANDRITZ BONETTI CANADA inc. is looking for a Service Technician to perform maintenance and installation work on our equipment based on a formal request for a service offer. The objective is to maintain good equipment efficiency while maintaining a good relationship with the customer, respecting the shutdown schedule, and aiming for customer satisfaction. The service Technician is involved at several levels. Participating in the development of his or her knowledge to respond to customer requests and being able to estimate and organize interventions on Andritz customers' premises. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Establish work methods to meet deadlines Listen to customers Ensure compliance with occupational helth and safety rules Carry out site inspections and risk assessments Write service reports Ensure that tools and equipment (harnesses, slings, etc.) are checked for compliance with safety standards. Respond to emergency calls at the customer’s request. Perform any other related tasks Qualifications and Experience Mechanical experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pulp and paper industry or equivalent. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, collaboration, and presentation skills. Team-based, results-oriented approach required. Skilled negociator. Strong service orientation and experience in customers relationship, including regular and concise communication. Ability to unite autonomous groups around a common goal. Willingness to travel.
