You will provide compassionate, high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity. You will assist with daily tasks, offer emotional support, and provide meaningful companionship. Your care will ensure clients feel safe, respected, and valued in the comfort of their own environment. With Kindness And Understanding, You Will Provide Domestic Assistance – Supporting with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting. Meal Preparation – Assisting with planning, preparing, and cooking meals. Personal Care Support – Helping with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs. Social Engagement – Providing companionship and encouraging participation in social activities and community engagement. Transport Services – Offering transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings. What You’ll Bring You are a kind-hearted, patient and respectful person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. What’s Required To thrive in this role, you will need: Valid NSW Driver’s Licence Reliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locations Current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain) COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended) Basic computer and smartphone literacy What’s Preferred Previous experience in Home Care or Disability Support Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community). Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid NSW Driver's Licence, a reliable vehicle, and current First Aid and CPR certifications. A Certificate III in Individual Support is highly preferred along with basic computer and smartphone literacy.
